The site
GitLaunch lets someone name a coin and a GitHub account. The coin is created on Raydium LaunchLab. This page is the whole agreement. There is no separate company behind the form.
Who creates the coin
One master wallet creates every coin and stays the dev on the chart. You do not hold that key. A launch is a real on-chain transaction. If it fails, no coin is listed.
Who can claim
Each coin remembers one numeric GitHub id. That person signs in with GitHub and can claim only the coins linked to that id. A rename still matches. The person who launches does not have to be that GitHub account. Sign-in to launch is X. Each X account can launch one coin every 10 minutes.
Fees
On a trade, three cuts apply:
- 0.5% creator fee. LaunchLab caps this at 0.5%. It belongs to that coin's GitHub account. A claim sends only what has actually accrued for that coin.
- 1% platform fee. It stays in the master wallet, from every coin.
- 0.25% Raydium protocol fee, on top of those two.
Nothing is bought and burned. Unclaimed stays at zero until trades create a real creator fee. One coin's claim does not pay another coin's share.
The wallet you paste
GitHub cannot hold SOL. At claim time you enter a Solana wallet. That address receives this coin's creator fee. Check it before you submit. A sent transfer is not reversed here.
What you launch
You choose the name, ticker, logo, and the GitHub account. You are responsible for those. Coins can go to zero. This is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not an offer to sell a security.
The venue
Raydium LaunchLab is the venue. GitLaunch does not custody the wallet you paste, and it does not guarantee a launch, a claim, or a price. The site can change, pause, or stop. Questions go to @usegitlaunch.
